Working as a creative assistant at CAO Fine Jewellery in late 2023 was a brief but impactful experience. During my time there, I had the opportunity to design a series of window displays for their luxurious boutique on Hai Ba Trung Street in District 1. While the final designs had a few tweaks, it was a fascinating challenge and a true pleasure to, once again, blend my creative ideas with the exquisite beauty of high-end jewelry.

LÚA TRÚC: A Poetic Tribute in the “Rice & Bamboo” Window Display
For the Tết season of 2024, I conceptualized the LÚA TRÚC (Rice & Bamboo) window display for CAO fine jewellery luxury store in Hai Ba Trung, District 1. This design was an artistic nod to two pillars of Vietnamese heritage, symbolizing the abundance and warmth of rice, and the resilience and serenity of bamboo.
The rice display bathed the windows in a shimmering golden hue, a color of prosperity and good fortune perfectly timed for the Tết New Year holiday. It was also an elegant showcase for CAO Fine Jewellery’s own collection, with each piece beautifully complemented by the rich, warm palette.
The bamboo, I chose a tranquil jade green. This shade was meant to reflect the serene and sophisticated elegance of the jewelry it accompanied. It also subtly referenced Vietnam’s iconic terraced rice fields, transforming the window into a captivating, scenic vista that celebrated both nature and artistry.
STELLAR: Illuminating the Cosmos of Femininity
My next creative endeavor for CAO Fine Jewellery was designing the window display for their captivating “Stellar – Vì Sao Tinh Tú” collection. The concept was born from the profound idea that every exceptional young woman is a radiant star, shimmering within a galaxy of brilliance.
My vision was to create a celestial tableau where nothing could eclipse the magnificent beauty of these women—those blessed with youthful grace, striking charm, and an undeniable aura of charisma. The display aimed to be a universe of light, reflecting not just the exquisite craftsmanship of the Stellar collection but also the inherent, unparalleled glow of the young women who wear it.
