Just as a luxury hotel like Hilton Saigon provides world-class service to its guests, my team and I offer a premium tea training service to the dedicated and enthusiastic Hilton staff. The request to supply tea to Hilton Saigon presented us with a fascinating, high-level challenge: to source exceptional Vietnamese teas that couldn’t be found anywhere else.
At the time, The Natural Leaf (Plantrip Cha and Plantrip Thé Des Arts) was proud to be curating some of the finest teas from all over Vietnam. Our collection was particularly special, featuring ancient, centuries-old jungle teas that our tea specialist – Nguyen Do Kim Thanh, personally discovered and curated from the forests of the Northwest, Vietnam.
At our training sessions, my colleagues and I felt incredibly honored to see the young staff so genuinely interested in Vietnamese tea knowledge. We understood that a love for tea doesn’t just come from the delicious flavor and rich history; it must also be inspired by the people who will one day represent and introduce Vietnamese tea to international guests in the restaurants of Hilton Saigon.
We are incredibly proud to have become the tea supplier for Hilton Saigon since 2023. Together, we share the same noble mission: to introduce a genuine taste of Vietnamese tea to guests from all corners of the globe who visit Saigon.
Working with Hilton Saigon as their tea supplier has given us invaluable opportunities to learn and refine our services. Beyond the initial training sessions, our team works closely with the Hilton staff on a regular basis. This collaboration allows us to swiftly address any issues that arise and continuously improve the quality of our service.
